Your phone is off the hook/Lifelines

Four months ago I completely stopped taking any capsule supplements and began drinking medicinal teas every day. Capsule supplements began feeling like a chore for me to take and I experienced little to no healing benefits from them. They're usually ineffectively low in dosage and absorption, and isolated components of something medicinal found in nature. I began wanting to experience healing straight from the source, plants and herbs organically grown, in their complete form from nature.  I pictured all the factories churning away synthetic, candy-flavored gummy vitamin supplements on conveyor belts and, in stark contrast, tea leaves grown on lush green mountains and dried in air so clean you feel your soul coming back online with every breath. Exploring these different teas has taken me to different cultures all around the world, places and people I want to visit and embrace for their healing. Much of this journey has reminded me of the book Heidi I read in childhood, and its themes of reconciliation with nature, or God if you like, and the subsequent restoration of health. Lately I've also been thinking of the lyrics of the Bjork song All is Full of Love.

You'll be given love
You'll be taken care of
You'll be given love
You have to trust it
Maybe not from the sources
You have poured yours
Maybe not from the directions
You are staring at
Twist your head around
It's all around you
All is full of love
All around you
All is full of love
You just ain't receiving
All is full of love
Your phone is off the hook
All is full of love
Your doors are shut

Here's a list of some of the teas I've been enjoying. A ton of research and desperation led me to these, and I'm looking forward to more coming into view for me.
